Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your unused ENVE gear in its original box, ensuring all manuals, small parts, and protective inserts are included.
Label and Ship
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items to confirm they meet our quality standards, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
